Each session is $10.00 per person -
Pick and choose:
3 – 4 PM: Silent Meditation Walk in Garden
3 - 4 PM: Yoga
4 - 5 PM: Tai Chi
5 - 6 PM: Gong Musical Meditation
6 - 7 PM: Relaxation: (Qigong breathing, stretching)
Reiki, Reflexology, Chair Massages are ongoing at $1.00 per minute/10 minute minimum
