Hello Indigo People!

We continue to increase our book offerings. We began our store with 1700 titles and now we carry over 2300 and are adding more every day!

We've just added 100 titles to the Children-Story Time section as well as added a new section called
Young Adult (Teenagers).

We had a wonderful time at our film screening of "Thirst." Thank you to all those who attended. A special thanks to P.O.V. and Brooklyn Society for Ethical Culture for their support. Please stay tuned to our events schedule for our future events.

Film: "Crash" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If you haven't already, please go see the film Crash. I highly recommend it. It is the most sophisticated film on race relations in a long time. It is thought- provoking and multi-layered and bound to create a dialogue. Please share your thoughts and perspectives...

Remember, our next meeting will be on

The Plot Against America "The Plot Against America" by Philip Roth is our current book club selection. If you haven't finished the book yet, try to finish as much as you can. You're very welcome to join in the conversation whether you've finished the book or not.

The Good House "The Good House" by Tananarive Due is our next book club selection. We will meet to discuss this book in July.
